Zephyr Squad test steps and execution test steps/attachments have disappeared

We have had issues where our entire baseline test cases disappear, had it happen after maintenance, or some test cases disappear.  Admin has to re-index (metadata and executions) for the selected project, also clear cache and permission cache and that seems to resolve missing test cases. Hope this helps.

    Thank you for your response and suggestions. 
    We tried the above and still no luck. Smartbear are looking into it more, so hoping they have some more ideas.
