When do you expect the 504 error to be resolved ?

We are having problems accessing Zephyr Squad via Atlassian Jira Cloud. Do you have an idea of when the error will be resolved ?

    We are having issues as well (McGraw Hill). This need to be fixed as soon as possible. We have high priority projects testing in progress.

    same problem 2 days straight, impossible to work and use a Zephyr plugin

    I am also getting an error as "504 Gateway Time-out. Whereas it was working fine before. What is the reason?
