Unable to start the agent. The port is in use by some other process.

Hello, i downloaded ZBOT and tried to start it to connect to my JIRA (stand alone server NOT cloud).

Port for connection is secure - 443. Format for base URL for JIRA server is https://<server name>:443  (actually i tried both  - server name and IP)

When i try to start a ZBOT agent it returns a message "Unable to start the agent. The port is in use by some other process."

 

Would really appreciate any help

    Actually, yes i have managed to make zbot connecting to JIRA. point is that:

    - you need to run it as Administrator

    - use Basic authentication (user:password base64 encoded) instead of token

    I encountered exactly the same problem. Did you manage to fix it?
