Unable to access Zephyr Squad Cloud API

more over: 

i have generated the jwt token from the code and have used to access the Zephyr squad api and its not helping when checked- documentation on zephyr squad on how to generate the access key and secret is not provided anywhere i have used the below as the access keys to generate the jwt token and use in header for the zapiAccessKey

i use the jwt token generator as per the documentation ( which was for zephyr for jira) and generate the token
