Trouble viewing test execution details and executing some tests
Zephyr is misbehaving. I am not able to consistently exectue a test case nor view the execution details steps etc. opened issue with Jira, but they believ the issue resides in Zephyr.
We are in the midst of regression and need this resolved.

My name is Hieuy and I'll be assisting you with your inquiry. From what I can see, this actually does seem to be on Zephyr's end, as I was able to login and replicate, as the error that's causing this is actually being thrown by zephyr's URL and not a Jira one:

If their status is showing as all green, there might be something particularly off with the account your instance has on zephyr's end (or its not widespread enough for them to change their status alert). You can also see this on your end if you'd like by viewing the network tab as you replicate the error here:
