Trouble viewing test execution details and executing some tests

Zephyr is misbehaving. I am not able to consistently exectue a test case nor view the execution details steps etc.  opened issue with Jira, but they believ the issue resides in Zephyr. We are in the...

I cannot even get Zephyr Squad to open on my Jira cloud instance. It hangs and says to open a support ticket (which I have done). My team cannot view Test Executions, etc.
