Search for cases without PASS executions

Hi,   we have a lot of test cases that have been executed more than one time if the first execution was FAIL or BLOCKED. Is it possible to search only for cases that do not have a PASS execution?

    Thanks for your suggestion, MurphyRA , but I have not been able to find out if this is possible with JQL.

     

    sonya_m , I would love some further input on this issue.
