Artem_Bondariev​  I am also facing the same issue.

When I try to export the testcycle it got stuck. Its not exporting the test cycle.

I tried for both CSV and HTML. Nothing is working. Are you also facing the same?

Hi!
Not quite. Try checking the version of your plugin and compare it with the latest available one.
 As an option, you can try re-indexing the specific project you're exporting from, or, alternatively, perform a hard re-index.
