Is the Test Step date automatically recorded in any column?

When I run a Test, I would like to track the date and time of each Test Step. I haven't found a way to add a column with the date. Ideally, the system would automatically track the date for me when I select Pass/Fail/WIP. 

I did try to follow the documentation to add a custom field for Test Steps and add a Date/Time Picker, but that doesn't seem to be available during Test Execution. It just shows a dash in the field.
