Same issue here, reported incident 20 minutes ago.
This issue caused by the update of Jira. Go to the manage apps and update Zephyr Squad.

This is happening as the release 7.3.2 introduces few changes in the addon descriptor. Atlassian takes around 10 hours to reflect these changes by updating the descriptor.
You can fix this issue now by manually updating the descriptor in the Manage Addons page.

To manually update the descriptor, you must log in to your Jira instance as an administrator. Then -
Go to Apps > Manage your apps.
Find Zephyr Squad in the app list and click Update next to it.
