Yes I'm having a similar issue. Apparently following a Jira upgrade over the weekend, I can no longer get to my detailed test executions when clicking the link.
My IT support tried to troubleshoot yesterday, with no success, and has opened a ticket with Zephyr support.

Update from my company support team: Zephyr support says that this is caused by a bug and that they will be releasing an update next week 1/31 - 2/4

Thanks for the update! I've been in contact with Atlassian Support and they confirmed that it is a issue with Zephyr and not with JIRA.
