Configure Test Suites in Zephyr Squad - BDD/Cucumber

Hi SmartBear Community, my company has been using Zephyr Squad for a while now with the BDD?Cucumber configuration, which does not contain folders. For some reason I can't go back into the usual squad config that would allow me to filter and organize test cases by folders/test suites. 

Is there any way to simulate / configure a solid test suite structure inside Zephyr Squad - BDD/Cucumber?
