Zephyr Scale not working

Hi,

I attempted to use Zephyr Scale as I normally do, but this time it didn't respond. I clicked on Zephyr Scale several times with no result. Eventually, after multiple attempts, the following error message appeared (image attached).

Could you please advise on how to resolve this? Thank You.
