Zephyr Scale Cloud: How can I attach a file to a test execution using Rest API

I am having a requirement of attaching test execution evidence file (jpg, pdf) to a test execution in zephyr scale cloud, while running it via selenium. I could not find the current rest api is allow...

Unfortunately it's currently not possible to do what you need - to update via the API.  The ability to update a test execution is under consideration on the roadmap, but I've no idea when that could be worked on or released.
