We use zephyr scale API externally a lot and any inline attachments within descriptions used to be accessible with the same auth token we generate for other APIS, but recently, the URL structure has changed and it is no longer accessible
There is no longer a reference to attachments in the API documentation. Api Documentation
It might be best to submit a support ticket to ask the Zephyr team if it has been removed and supply an example of how it previously worked and the benefit it brings you and your team.
I was on a webinar yesterday and apparently this is something they are looking to bring in soon. But there was no time attached to it, unfortunately.
