Hey scitiprolu based on what you described it should work, indeed.
So in this case I would suggest opening a support ticket so the team can help with the troubleshooting.

scitiprolu a possible cause might be if you have multiple application links in Jira or Confluence.
In this case, if the application link is not the first one in the list, Zephyr Scale will not pick it up.
Would it be possible for you to double-check if this is the case?
Other than that, a support ticket would be the next step.

I am having same issue but am not sure how to find out ........ possible cause might be if you have multiple application links in Jira or Confluence.if the application link is not the first one in the list,
Can you guide me please? When you say that multiple applications in Jira do you mean the below as is case with my Jira ?
