Zephyr reports are not showing up in Confluence page , though they are working in JIRA dashboard

Zephyr macro's are not showing up in Confluence page, though they are working in JIRA dashboard gadgets.

After adding the macros in a confluence page (mirroring how I configured in JIRA dashboard), no data shows on page after publishing. Application links are configured both ways from JIRA and confluence.

Zephyr Scale Reporting for Confluence version : 2.0.0,

Confluence version 7.4.3

Zephyr Scale (JIRA ) : 8.0.2

JIRA version : 8.11.1

It's not possible yet to make fields mandatory, but there is a request for this to be developed and you can vote for it here: Make any fields (default and custom) required on Cloud and Server - Zephyr Scale | Product Roadmap (productboard.com)

Hey scitiprolu based on what you described it should work, indeed.

So in this case I would suggest opening a support ticket so the team can help with the troubleshooting.

  scitiprolu a possible cause might be if you have multiple application links in Jira or Confluence.
  
  In this case, if the application link is not the first one in the list, Zephyr Scale will not pick it up.
  
  Would it be possible for you to double-check if this is the case?
  
  Other than that, a support ticket would be the next step.
