Zephyr + Reflect - Unknown Error on connect

Hello. When I am trying to start my zephyr test case, and I'm using reflect tunnel to be able to utilize my vpn connection, I get an unknown error popup. 

When I check the tunnel's dashboard, it shows successfully connected, so not sure why zephyr can't make the connection.

    I should add, it was working prior to today. I've tried restarting connection, restarting my laptop, etc. No go.
