Watch option is that available in Zephyr Scale

It's not available in Zephyr Scale where the testing is managed and executed.  It only exists in the Jira side of things with Issues, which you can attach to Zephyr Scale test cases, test cycles, test plans,  and test executions.  But that will only permit you to see activity on the Jira issue.  If you want to see this feature in Zephyr Scale, you can post a suggestion here: Zephyr Scale Product Roadmap
