Using the API to list and create custom fields and add test execution statuses

Hi.  I think you're asking about how to get the custom fields at project level, and that doesn't seem to be possible using the API (as far as I can tell anyway).  You could try SmartBear support who might be able to assist - I'd be interested to hear if you find a solution!
