Unable to create or assign a test case

Unable to create or assign a test case in Zephyr Scale and all my existing test cases are showing "No Attachments."

It might be permissions.  Perhaps someone has switched them on and you no longer have rights to view the information you're trying to access.  It's controlled by an Admin through Project Settings > Apps > Zephyr Scale...
