Unable to assign/see "Owner" for a testing item

Hi,

In our Zephyr Testing Library, our Testing Manager can assign a Testing Item to a person (e.g. JACK) -> Save the change -> No error message from Zephyr.

** JACK can see this assigned testing item under his log in

** As the Testing Manager who assigned this item to JACK, I still see "Unassigned" under the "Owner" field for this Testing Item. 

 

The Zephyr Testing Library cloned from another JIRA domain. We verified that our Testing Manager's access level is identical between the 2 Testing Libraries. We have a large user group scheduled to start testing next week. You help is highly appreciated.

    There are 2 locations where the tester can be assigned and maybe you're looking at the 'other' one.

     

    In the screenshot you shared that's the owner of the test case.  To see the tester assigned you can either go to the test script steps (each step can be assigned to a tester), or you could go into the test player (click on the test cycle) and view the script there.  If you wanted to amend testers in bulk you would go into the test player (click on the test cycle) > click on the test cycle ID in the breadcrumb trail > go to test cases > view/edit testers
