Tracking Traceability from Test Case to Individual Executions

Hello!

Is there functionality available for a user to attach a file or link a Jira Ticket to the Test Case and be able to see those Jira Tickets or attachments in each Execution?

Example:

I perform a manual execution of a test case through a Task ticket and a photo or attachment linked on the original Test Case shows on the execution.

If this functionality is not default, is there any configuration options or settings that can be changed by an admin to allow for those links to cascade?
