Tie the 'Start a new test execution' link to user defined action

We use Zephyr scale to configure and run our automates testing. We use REST APIs to create test cycles, populate them with test cases and then populate test execution results once automatic tests are completed.

One problem we have is the lack of an easy method for re-invoking a test case -- in case the automated flow failed due to infrastructure issues for example. At this point we have implemented some external interfaces to enable this, but it is very clunky and unintuitive for our users.

Is it possible to associate the ''Start a new test execution' link (and/or the play button) to user configurable link/action -- allowing us to connect it to starting a test job (in  Jenkins for example).
