Shared Steps

Zephyr advertises that they have Shared Step capability. Is there a setting to turn this on or is it false advertising?

Which version of Zephyr are you using? Zephyr, Zephyr Scale (Test Management 4 JIRA), or Zephyr Squad (Zephyr for JIRA).
