Same issue here in Brisbane, Australia. Logged a support ticket, received a response that support is only available during UK business hours.... 🙄

I have logged the issue with Atlassian. They have confirmed there is an issue and they are working with Smartbear to resolve.

The Zephyr Scale in our Company (New Zealand based) has been resolved yesterday, Tuesday, 30th November 2021.
Here's the incident report.

Yes resolved for us as well. Got the same report as E_M posted above.
They did some infra related updates which caused the the effect on certain regions and users.
Good effort by all involved!
However, I think its an opportunity for them to explore support hours out of UK timezone as thier application is used around the globe.
