Most recent upgrade to "Zephyr-Test Management & automation for JIRA" app broken access to user

Latest upgrade: 15.5.0 broke user connectivity to landing page & yet it is not announce as a Global issue (27th July 26).

In our org itself multiple users are started reporting issue.
We have already raised support ticket but solution is not upto the speed.
