Missing Traceability on user screen

Question

I have created a bunch of test cases, cycles and plans and have then created Confluence pages to document them through.

When i save, i get the "Traceability" button at the top of my screen, my colleague does the same and he gets no traceability button.

Is there a setting somewhere?

Hi,&nbsp;AFAIK there are no macros in use unless our admin team have employed some.&nbsp;

Can you confirm that your colleague has access to the test cases, cycles, and plans you have linked to that Confluence page?
&nbsp;
If he has access, this might be a bug related to the plugin. In this case, I will ask you to please file a support ticket at Server Support Portal

My colleague does have access to the cases/cycles/plans and he has the traceability links within those pages and can see the created confluence page too, Its just the traceability "button/icon" on the confluence page that is not presentI have tested with another colleague and he does have the button, so seems user related and not app.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I see, Hightech. Do you know if your colleague has special characters in his username?
