A couple of suggestions:
You could use the Status field in the test case and change it according to the result of the review. You can create custom Statuses for this purpose. You can also achieve the same using the Labels feature but perhaps not as structured as the Status option. To create custom fields, when you are in the Tests screen, e.g. Tests, Plans, Cycles, Reports, click on the cog to the right of the Reports button and you will see a Custom Fields section.
For notes, you can create a custom Text Field (Multi Line) where the technical expert can add their comments.
Hope that works for you. I'm using the Server version so it might be different if you're on the Cloud version.
