In the reports section, you can filter the test execution reports by folder:
It might be beneficial to start using labels for features on your test cases. Since you have your test cases broken out by feature folders, you could use the bulk change to add labels to the test cases in each folder. This will give you another level of organization and a way to filter and run reports as well.
