I am not able to run reports - Test execution results (summary)

I am fairly new to Zephyr and as a global admin for our Atlassian cloud, have been called upon to set up several spaces to make use of Zephyr. For the most part I have managed to not have to learn the product and have simply exported test cases and reimported them for the team as they are the experts in the product having used it through several project cycles. However today when asked to investigate an issue where Test execution results (summary) and Test execution scorecard by tester was produced, we seem to get nothing but constant loading screen.

I have played around with the Execution Date Range, Results, display data and Time Period but we just manage to get either a no value result or spinning wheels. I made sure that we have the app updated to the latest version and that the configuration has the particular space connected. Test Cases and Test Cycles are set and are according to sources being run, and yet cannot get the previous mentioned Report.
