How to See Test Script in Reflect

Hi, this is bizarre and extremely frustrating.
We are using Zephyr with Reflect. I have created automated test scripts, but haven't done anything with them for a little while. Now I want to go back to them and I can't see how to.
There is no way in Zephyr to open a connect Reflect script, the automation panel only allows Run and when I click Watch it is asking me to log in to Reflect. When I log in I asks if I want to create a new account like it doesn't exist??
Help!! How do I access my test scripts??

    Hello,

    In order to access your Reflect account that is connected to your Zephyr plugin, we recommend either creating a dummy new test case OR automating one of your manually dictated testcases:

    1. Create a dummy new testcase through Record and Play
    2. Automate a manual testcase through the testcase view

     

    Your reflect account is connected to your Atlassian Jira credentials, hence why you are unable to login through the usual Reflect login page and are prompted to create a new account. This can be remedied by manually adding your email to the reflect account by clicking the gear icon on the top right corner > User Management > Invite Users.
