How to get the FolderID for an existing folder

Question

According to the DC REST API, there is no GET method to folders, yet the PUT method expects a folder ID.
How do I find this folder ID?

Also, if I have to delete and recreate the folder for getting the ID from the POST response, how do I delete the folder?

I see a Folder ID when I use the browser dev Inspect tool.&nbsp; Might that work?
