How to continue test case execution time, if we toggle between the browser or tabs ?

Hi 

In Zephyr Scale, we are executing test cases manually,

we observer that if we toggle between the tabs or browser the timing get paused automatically and if we navigate back to Zephyr Scale timing starts running.

is there any way that execution time keep running if we are in another tab or browser ?

    Hi,

     

    I just tested this on my browser (Edge) and I don't get that behaviour.  I'm wondering if it's caused by a setting in your browser?  You could try SmartBear Support if you're unable to find the cause.

      Hi MisterB ,

      I am using Chrome browser,

      You have wait for 5 to 10 min on another browser or tab.

      it is not happening if you switch between tabs within 1 or 2 minutes.

    Hi Girishh,

     

    Thanks for clarifying.  I confirm I observe the same behaviour in Edge. Good spot - it looks like it could be a bug?  You can raise it with SmartBear Support.
