Has the migration process from Squad to Scale been updated recently?

I am looking into the options for migrating from Zephyr Squad to Scale, trying to understand what the options are, how much can be done by customers on their own, and what (if anything) needs SmartBear support. 

Is there something that outlines in detail, the various options, what the processes are, what is transferred, and what is lost per option?
