I would like to download a test report to Excel that shows me the status of all test steps. Zephyr Scale pulls the report cleanly with approx. 12000 lines.
However, when I run the Excel download, only 53 lines appear and therefore only a fraction of the report shown before.

Champion Level 3It's annoying that this is the case, but unfortunately the scope of data that is exported is the same for every report. So even though the detailed report shows a lot more information, when you export it will show the same fields and scope of data as it would for the "list" version of that report.
You can however get this data via the API using the Get Test Steps endpoint here: Zephyr Scale for Jira Cloud API, although you might also need to use Get Test Execution if you want to also see the overall test result.
Okay, that's a real shame. You can actually save yourself the Excel export completely :-D Thank you for your quick answer. I'll give the API a try.
