Copy Test Script from one Jira Work Item to Another

We want to clone a Jira work item and have all the Zephyr test cases copied/cloned to the new cloned work item.

Currently this doesn't work.

We could use the  Issue Templates for Jira app but Zephyr scale segregates it's test by project and we need all the test cases in the Template project to then build a template to have in our regular work project when creating a new work item.
