What will happen when Zephyr license expired?

Hi, I'm using Jira server/data center 8.5.2 and Zephyr 5.5.3.55308577. I want to ask if we can still use is after expiration? License details: 10000-user commercial license, Standard, expires 10/Jan...

Hope you are well. 

 

Zephyr Enterprise is a subscription based service. 

 

The service will not be accessible after it expires. 

 

Obviously the data can be exported and migrated in advance of this happening.

    But we have 10000-user commercial license, Standard, here. Does it mean that after expiration, we could use this plugin but we couldn't get maintenance and free updates?

      Hi liuhw19 

       

      What you are describing is a perpetual based model. 

       

      Zephyr Enterprise is a subscription based model, not perpetual. 

       

      Therefore you would not have the ability to use the software after expiration.
