Update functionality in Zephyr
Hi Team,
Please help to confirm if we can update test cases using Import functionality once they are already uploaded.
Updation of the test steps at a later point in time

Hope you are well.
Yes aslong as the test case ID, created by, created on fields are maintained this should be possible.
Depending on what is updating you may be best advised to use Zephyr APIs to manage this.

You can also update in Bulk in the UI

Sorry to say but there is no such basic level functionality Smart Bear offers in there highest tier product.
