Traceability of executed test scripts
Hi, is there a log that shows traceability of executed test scripts (who, what, when)? I see the History tab for the test script overall but it does not include information about the executed test script.

Yes in Zephyr Enterprise once you execute a test case an execution instance is created
This will contain all of the relevant information needed
All auditing information can easily be obtained as Zephyr has it own audit tables outside of Jira
