New ideas are very slowly handled

In the past I added some ideas to the community portal. Unfortunately is the handling with such ideas is not satisfactorily. I wish a better process on Smartbear side for user ideas. Directly after posting an idea I want to have an reaction of my post, after one or two weeks I want to have an update about what's going on with my idea. After some (6 to 8 weeks) I want to have a decision what will happen with this idea. I'm totally fine if the decision is 'Will not implemented' due to.... But in the current process I feel a little disregarded. If you don't have time to process new ideas in a appropriate time range, then you may remove this possiblity in your portal. This saves my and your effort. Thanks.

    Ok, and several month later both ideas have still the status 'New idea'. It seem to be that new ideas are not really welcome. Or maybe the development resources of Smartbear are so limited and/or the bunch of products of Smartbear leads into such delay. For a product which is more in a high price range, Smartbear should listen more to the voice of there customers. Very sad.

    ...and again - all my ideas are in status 'New Idea'. This doesn't sounds to me that new ideas of Smartbear customers are esteemed. This sounds more to me that I endorse to switch to another test case management system.
