Users are reporting missing mappings on requirements previously mapped to test cases. What could be going wrong?

You can try running an Audit Log under Admin > About Zephyr > Audit Log to see what happened. If you can't find anything, please reach out to support to look into for you at https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-enterprise/message/
