Your application uses patch service library that is not compatible with test complete version issue

Today I upgraded test complete from 10.4 to 10.50 Although I followed the process of instrumenting the android application but still getting  this issue on my mobile device.

Did you instrument the 'clean' application or the already instrumented for TC10.4 one?

AFAIK, re-instrumentation of the tested application is not supported and you must instrument a 'clean' (i.e. non-instrumented) application.

    Hi,

    I have  prepared my mobule Test automation envt and it was not showing any error but when I used the smart bear browser on the device it is showing the same error.

     

    Also I am not able to spy the objects in the mobile screen. I am using the object spy tool and using the both methods. Any help will be appreciated.

      Can you be more specific as for the steps you've done (especially, considering that this is three years old thread) and let us know version of TestComplete you are using?

        I no longer see the error. It was showing when I changed my mobile device.But it not showing on either of them.

        For the second part of the question , can U please guide what could be the reason . Object spy is able to find the mobile device screen but can not highlight the objects inside the mobile screen.
