Judging by the "Infragistics XamDataGrid Properties" article, wValue is what you need to use:
wValue Gets or sets the value in the specified cell.
Can you describe in detail why it doesn't work for you?
What TestComplete version are you using?
Does TestComplete support your control version (the article contains info for TC 10)?
