Windows Vista with mozilla firefox - messagebox cannot spy the object

As title, when the web prompt put an alert/message box , the entire firefox will grey out (like disable mode). the test complete not able to spy out the object at all and verify the properties inside the message box.





Please Help , any solution or patches i need to update? (i have update the ff 7.0.1 patches)
