Do you have any other browser windows open (IE or otherwise)? I know sometimes if I have Chrome open and then try to run a test for IE, TC will sometimes get confused and fail the run. I'd look at your "Ambiguous recognition of the tested object" warning for a clue as to why it isn't working.
