Who does your Automated Testing? QA or Development?   At my company, QAs/testers (with no programming background) create keyword tests. Then they report bugs to Developers/programmers. Just wanted ...

I think automated testing needs to fall under the QA area of responsibility but you need to have somebody with coding skills on the team.
