A little more info might be helpful.
Like - what browser (and version number)? What version of TestComplete? what is on the page at the point it crashes? What operation/action are you trying to perform at the time (or have just performed)? What is throwing the error? (TestComplete? the browser? something else?)

... about a similar problem when using Oracle Forms. In which case you then need to look at JRE version, Oracle Forms versions etc etc .....
