Verify PDF checkpoints require Intelligent addon license

I want to do pdf verification ,is it necesarry to to have -Intelligent addon license ?

Any alternative way for the same where I can check PDF contents.

    If you want to use the in-built methods, then yes, you need the appropriate license.
