On your TE installations, run TE so it's sitting in this Systry then right click on the ICON and select "Install Extensions". Make sure that all the extensions for Common and Desktop are checked and try again.

Obviously, the problem is with the slave machines and how TestExecute is being accessed, run, etc. Please read the following and make sure that:
a) When the tests are run on the remote machines, the application is being run as an administrator
b) All the proper settings are applied on the machines in question.
